Ingredients:
Pork chops ( thick ones with bone)
Goya Adobo
Goya Sofrito ( could be any brand or homemade )
Salt
Mrs Dash
Lime juice
Onion
Powder oregano
Minced garlic
Oil ( I use smart Balance)
This super simple dish.
1. Wash chops with lime juice and Salt
2. Heat up oil
3. Cut onion in two pieces
4. Once oil is hot, place onion and cover.
5. Season pork chops with all the seasoning to taste
6. Once onion is burning add pork hop and cover.
7. Let the pork chops cook for about 35 minutes and medium heat.
8. Once pork chops are fully cooked remove them from heat.
9. Heat up oil in a clean pan.
10. When hot, fry pork chops.
Serve with your favorite side.
